What is Big Friday?

On designated Fridays throughout the fall and spring semesters we welcome prospective students and their families for Big Friday sessions! Big Friday offers a comprehensive overview of the College of Engineering and Computing and will typically include a welcome from the dean, a current student question and answer panel and tours led by faculty in specific majors.

• 3:30 to 3:45 p.m. - Welcome from the Dean
• 3:45 to 4 p.m. – General overview of the College of Engineering and Computing
• 4 to 4:30 p.m. – Question and answer panel with current students
• 4:30 to 5 p.m. – Faculty guided tour of the department of your choice

Who?

High school age and older prospective students (and their families), that are interested in majoring in engineering or computing.

When and How?

February 3, March 24, and April 14 is open for registration to admitted students only.  Please log in to your portal to register. 

The Friday, April 21, 2023 session is for Rising Juniors and Rising Seniors  Register to attend.
