Our ambassadors are Pharm.D. students who share their enthusiasm for the profession and for the College of Pharmacy. Ambassadors volunteer for the college by helping with events such as recruiting trips and tours of the college for prospective students.
The American College of Clinical Pharmacy student chapter at USC serves to familiarize students with the field of clinical pharmacy by providing information about careers and opportunities; promoting dedication to excellence in patient care, research, and education; encouraging professional development; and advocating for the role of clinical pharmacists in providing direct patient care.
The American Pharmacists Association Academy of Student Pharmacists is the collective voice of student pharmacists across the nation. Our chapter of APhA-ASP at USC provides students with opportunities for professional growth, networking, developing leadership skills, and gaining hands-on experience in pharmacy.
The Carolina Association of Pre-Pharmacy Students is the first and only pre-pharmacy organization at USC. CAPPS is dedicated to helping undergraduate students achieve their goal of becoming a pharmacist by providing immersion into the profession as well as job shadowing experience, volunteering, networking and opportunities for undergraduate research.
Christian Pharmacists Fellowship International is a worldwide ministry of individuals working in all areas of pharmaceutical service and practice. Our chapter of CPFI at USC works to foster fellowship among like-minded professionals and to challenge and promote spiritual growth.
IHI is an interdisciplinary group for students in health care professional programs who have a shared interest in learning about quality improvement and improving care for patients. Our chapter represents a variety of disciplines including health care administration, medicine, nursing, pharmacy, physical therapy, public health and social work.

The Pediatric Pharmacy Association helps make strong peer-to-peer connections that make a real difference in your career and practice of pediatric pharmacy. Phi Delta Chi is a coed. professional fraternity which develops leaders to advance the profession of pharmacy. Membership is a lifelong experience and brothers are known for promoting scholastic, professional and social growth.
Phi Lambda Sigma, the national pharmacy leadership society, promotes the development of leadership qualities among pharmacy students. Membership in Phi Lambda Sigma consists of four categories: student, faculty, alumni and honorary. Phi Lambda Sigma members are selected by peer recognition, on the basis of their demonstration of dedication, service and leadership in the advancement of pharmacy.
The Rho Chi Society encourages and recognizes excellence in intellectual achievement and advocates critical inquiry in all aspects of pharmacy. Members may be elected as professional or graduate students in pharmacy, as members of faculties of schools and colleges of pharmacy, as alumni who distinguish themselves in the Profession, or as honorary members by special action of the Society’s Executive Council.
The Student Government Association members are the leadership from all pharmacy student organizations at USC, as well as class officers and university delegates. The Student Government Association provides coordination and support to many events, both social and professional, for our student body.

Our chapter of SNPhA at USC plans, organizes, coordinates, and executes programs geared toward the improvement of the health, educational, and social environment of minority communities in South Carolina.
The Student Society of Health-System Pharmacy at USC introduces student members to the practice of health-system pharmacy, pharmacy residencies, and practice advancement.
